France has always been a popular romantic destination for many people. As long as you have a Eurail train pass, you can easily travel throughout France by taking the high-speed TGV train.

The French train pass allows unlimited travel on the French national railway company SNCF's TGV high-speed trains, TER regional interprovincial trains, and Intercites intercity trains. Most cities in France are connected by three types of trains, but TGV high-speed trains require seat reservations. Even Eurail Pass train pass holders must pay an additional fee of 10 or 20 euros to reserve seats.

Paris
